Michelle Holdt

Bring joy, creativity, and connection into the community during these challenging times with this hands-and-hearts-on experiential workshop. We’ll explore human-centered strategies—such as mindfulness, creative arts practices, and restorative circles—that can be incorporated into our daily lives. These natural tools for inquiry, investigation, and creativity can occur simultaneously, and in alignment with the goals and focus of our work, both internally, and out in the world.
