“We climb mountains for a better view of all the other mountains that need climbing.” — Wicked Trail Running

Mountains evoke a sense of perspective and mindfulness—reminding us to stay grounded and find strength amidst life's ups and downs. In this online session, we’ll traverse our own personal mountains using reflection, collaborative writing, and art making from items collected from our own homes, as a guide to finding perspective and insight in our lives.
