description:
Interested in building greater resilience this year? This experiential, online session takes us on a personal journey using the 6-Part Story Method (6PSM) framework, where we’ll blend the use of abstract imagery and structured story-making techniques to identify healthy coping strategies and find greater depth and purpose in our lives.
No previous experience with 6PSM is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
