description:
All movement reflects our inner well-being and offers cues for self-care. Movement can be tiny. A blink. A breath. A bend. A reach. In this online workshop, we’ll gently explore movement to expand our awareness of what feels familiar and unfamiliar, to discover parallels with the way we engage in the world, and to find balance and stability in working through stress and uncertainty.
The session blends guided movement practices, reflection, and discussion, making it accessible for all bodies and abilities—no dance experience required.
