description:
How do you recognize anxiety? Is it a tightness in your chest, a knot in your stomach, or a constant hum of worry? Through the use of mindfulness and intuitive collage, we’ll explore our relationship with anxiety without judgment—giving it a shape, a color, and a form.
Within a safe, compassionate space, we’ll learn a creative, hands-on resilience strategy to process challenging feelings and discover new perspectives—coming away with a deeper understanding of our anxiety, a personal tool for calm we can return to anytime, and the learned knowledge that when words fall silent, art can speak.
