Diana Feldman, LCAT, RDT, BCT

description:

We all take on different roles in our lives—parent, teacher, friend, caregiver—and sometimes those roles can overshadow the deeper, authentic self within. In this uplifting, experiential workshop, we’ll use interactive games and reflection to explore the parts of ourselves we’ve hidden or outgrown, release roles that no longer serve us, and give permission to reawaken our playful, creative, and true nature.

Accessible and welcoming for all.
