description:

Why are so many of us drawn to a creative arts practice when processing a challenging experience or time in our life—only to have it fade into the background once clarity has emerged? This hands-on session invites us to begin a new daily, creative-care practice: art journaling. An accessible, research-backed mental health tool, we’ll be guided through art therapy-informed prompts and practices, learn the social-emotional benefits of daily practice, and explore how quick and simple creative rituals can support emotional reflection, regulation, and renewal in our everyday life.

Open to all—this session is for anyone interested in incorporating arts for wellness practices into their daily life and work.
