description:

What if the cure for perfectionism isn’t found in stricter self-discipline and endless to-do lists, but rather playing with glitter glue, googly eyes, tinfoil, and simply making bad art—on purpose?

This fun, hands-on session invites us to tap into our creativity and rediscover the joy of play through practicing intentional imperfection. Through deliberately silly and fun art exercises, we’ll learn how we can bypass self-doubt, avoid the procrastination loop, find levity in our mistakes, and spark unexpected inspiration.
