Instructor Bio
Stephanie Nash, MFA has been teaching and speaking about mindfulness meditation for over 25 years. With specialties in stress management, rewiring eating behavior, creating happiness in one’s life, and pain management, she works in corporate settings as well as privately with individuals. In addition to working on a stress-reduction study with Carnegie Mellon, Steph has designed and taught a mindfulness program for a Harvard Medical School brain study (after having her brain studied in a previous Harvard study). Steph also teaches presentation skills and how body language affects thoughts and feelings, and she is a professional actress. Steph has an MFA from Yale in acting and a BA from Duke in psychology.
