Mapping Resiliency - 10/11/24
date:
Friday, October 11, 2024
time:
11:00 am to 12:30 pm Pacific Time (PT)
instructor:
Gabriella Kamara, APCC, NCC
description:
How can we build resiliency? In what ways can we establish patterns for sustainable mental wellness? Utilizing visual art mediums, we’ll create a personal map of our own individualized paths for coping and mental wellness. We’ll explore its components, terrains, climates, qualities, and paths to be taken to help us view resiliency as a spectrum of unique journeys and experiences rather than a destination.
This online session is open to all; no previous art experience is necessary.
