time:
10:00 to 11:30 am Pacific Time (PT)
instructor:
Lorraine Allen, MPS
description:
How can creative expression provide a link between our conscious and unconscious? Join us on a 90-minute journey of self-exploration, mindfulness, and resilience-building strategies through art making. Through a series of guided prompts, we’ll examine our inner worlds—what we might be holding onto, what we might want to create space for, and what might benefit from releasing.
This healing session is open to all, and will include data on the benefits of this work with those of us battling chronic and/or severe illness.
