Tap into your creativity while releasing stress in this online, experiential session that introduces embodied mindfulness for grounding, explores creative improvisation and theater techniques for emotional regulation and release, and teaches us how we can begin to soften our inner critic for better mental health and well-being.
Open to all; attend by yourself or with loved ones.
HOPE for LA is a special, weekly series that aims to support our Los Angeles community amidst the unprecedented wildfires that have devastated our city.

Instructor Bio
Danielle Levanas, MA, LCAT, RDT/BCT is a licensed Creative Arts Therapist and a registered Drama Therapist/Board Certified Trainer. She received her master's degree from NYU and has worked in a number of clinical settings, including treatment for eating disorders, addictions, chronic stress, and trauma. She holds an advanced certification from the International Trauma Studies Program. She runs a private practice for individuals and couples on the unceded ancestral lands of the Tongva people (Los Angeles). Her work focuses on systems, vicarious trauma, embodied play, and relational healing. Learn more at daniellelevanas.com.
