April 28 & May 15: Co-presented with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), join us for two special, free workshops, Slowing Down with Thread and Slowing Down with Watercolor. Open to all (with no prior experience necessary!), we’ll be taken through a grounding arts experience to foster mindfulness, creativity, and resilience.
April 30: Spend the evening at Celebrate LA, a free event from Dance and Dialogue featuring multigenerational and multicultural entertainment.
May 2: Register for the free 2025 Very Special Arts Festival at the Music Center, featuring student and professional performances, visual and performing arts workshops, and more.
May 17: Join 18th Street Arts Center for their free, monthly series, Art-Making In Community for Healing.
May 24: Join LA Freewaves and Future IDs for Justice + Art Jam, a free, one-day event for art, advocacy, and resource sharing to build solidarity and reimagine justice in Los Angeles
Week of June 9: Explore how music, drumming, and rhythm can shift mood, reduce stress, build connection, and support overall mental health in this fun and free, highly interactive online workshop. This workshop is part of Los Angeles County Arts and Health Week, culminating on June 13th with the free 2025 Summit, which explores how the arts are vital to individual and collective healing.
